Sales Development Manager – Bancassurance – HDFC Life


Job Responsibilities:

Drive and motivate the channel partners sales team.
Continuous interaction with the sales team of channel partners.
Guide the sales team members in prospecting new customers.
Provide support to the sales team of the channel partner in solving customer queries.
Coordinating with the agency team for procuring the license of sales team of channel partners.
Training of the his / her sales team and the sales team of channel partners.
Achieving sales target by driving the sales team of the channel partner.
To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Organizing worksites and campaigns.
Conducting Customer and HNI meets.
Focus on business persistency/ Control Lapsation.
Implement and drive the sales promotion schemes.
Prepare day to day sales MIS as per company formats.

Channel : Banca Assurance

Experience : Minimum 6 months experience in Sales.

CTC : Rs. 1.80 Lacs PA (Plus LTA , Medical Reimbursement , Incentives , Group Term Insurance )

Qualification : Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

Reporting To : Corporate Sales Manager

Location Of Posting : Bhubaneshwar , Jharsungda , Barbil , Cuttack.
