Job Description
1. Driving revenue through various packs, slabs, schemes & promotions. Right decision making with time bounded approach will result in higher revenue gains.
2. Promoter placement, productivity & retention to be handled thru coaching, OJT etc.
3. Relationship building through effective and efficient transparent communication with complete issue resolution approach will help in gaining quick string relationship and hence more business gains.
4. Collaborating with other departments and various stakeholders will end make it easier and quicker. Increasing RMS (Revenue Market Share) in the allocated list of accounts
5. Drive multiple products acquisition from all relationships New accounts & store expansion with ensuring width and breath of enhanced coverage and strong relationship building with existing relationships.
6. Account & territory management with complete end to end process set up, policy and process implementation and claim management
