No. of Opening-25
Qualification-BBA/ MBA/ B.Tech or Sales Experience of atleast 1 year.

1.Meeting up the sales revenue target by existing deals and adding up new deals in a month.
2.Identifying the customer segments as per the proven closed client’s industries.
3.Minimum 40 new clients meetings per month exclusive of follow ups and existing client’s meetings.
4.Minimum twice a week con calls with the clients to make them engage with the delivery and ensure satisfied results.
5.Responsible for meeting the target of sales via delivering the projects timely and accurately up to client’s expectations.
6.Meeting new and existing clients on a monthly basis as per the allocated territory.
7.Growing up the sales revenue target on monthly and quarterly basis.
8.Coordinating with the Project manager and the Sr. Operations manager for the delivery of new and existing projects.
9.Following up for Payments with the clients.
10.Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of cross sales offerings of the company.
11.By maintaining the relationships with the existing and the prospect clients, use to take references for making further business revenue and accounts.
12.Preparing the GAP analysis reports and Strategy reports with plan of action to acquire more clients.
13.Self confidence, convincing skills, leadership and discipline qualities.
14.Retaining the number of clients on month-on-month basis by using the account management skills.
15.Must ensure customer satisfaction via delivery of the project by using account management skills.
16.Generating the leads as per the industries, achieving the ROI on that particular lead.
17.To ensure the work given by the manager.
